Staying at Hotel Herbert was like having our little home in a bustling city. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, providing a spotlessly clean and comfortable environment. However, the night was very noisy with trams passing by. The service was helpful and accommodating when my initial shuttle didn't work, but the wall-mounted amenities felt a bit cheap. The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Powell St, but don't expect extra accommodations beyond a place to sleep. The dining experience would have been better with some minor improvements, but the freshly baked cookies were a nice touch.
